Common Issues

  • "API key not configured"
    Ensure you've entered a valid Gemini AI API key in plugin settings and that it has proper permissions.
  • "Network error"
    Check your internet connection and firewall settings. Try increasing the delay between requests.
  • "Analysis failed"
    Some images may not be suitable for AI analysis. Try with JPEG format for best results.

Getting Log Files for Support

When reporting issues, please include log files to help us diagnose the problem:

  1. Enable logging: The plugin automatically logs to Lightroom's log file
  2. Find the log file:
    • Windows: %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Lightroom\Logs
    • macOS: ~/Library/Logs/Adobe/Lightroom
  3. Look for files named: Lightroom.log or similar
  4. Search for: lr.tagimg.net or GeminiAPI
